What is Ace Championship?

Motor racing is one of the most unequal sport industries. ACE Championship aspires to ‘Level Up’ motorsport, aiming to be its most equal, diverse and inclusive modern form, taking electric racing to under-represented regions of the world and carving a pathway for the talent of the future.

Our objective is to transform the sport into a global inclusive force for opportunity, empowering diverse young communities to strive through the industry. We will prepare drivers, mechanics and engineers towards long-term, sustainable success.

WE ARE RACING FOR GOOD

Who is AceTargeting?

TALENT DEVELOPMENT

Our objective is to transform the sport into a global inclusive force for opportunity, empowering diverse young communities (15 to 25 years old) to strive through the industry, be it as a driver, engineer, logistician, marketeer, event manager, etc.

‍We will boost career opportunities throughout the multifaceted roles of the motor racing world, irrespective of background, location, gender or socio-economic status.

With varied pathways open to all backgrounds, all participants will gain real-life experience, teamwork, and skills in the competitive electric motor racing environment. ACE graduates can engage at all levels, preparing for roles in Formula E and beyond, as the series continues to nurture talent and promote education.

Future World Champions will be ACEs

We identified a worldwide lack of electric entry-level racing as well as spotting huge markets and regions seriously under-represented in regards of motor racing in general. ACE is aimed at young talent who are graduating from karting and entering into the e-racing training funnel.

We are creating a more accessible and affordable entry into racing for them. Entry is open to all. Drivers will be awarded Super License points* to start to build a bank for their future racing career.

A WORLD FIRST

TWO CATEGORIES, One car, Two power levels

The ACE Championship will have two levels, the top-tier Championship and the entry level Challenger Series. In a world first, the same car will be used in both levels of racing, meaning teams can run four drivers in two Championships with two vehicles - an opportunity afforded by the technological advancements the series will deliver.

Championship is our highest level. With increased power comes increased skill, and engineering guidance. Strategy, race and energy management will be key at this level.

Challenger is our entry level academy format. Young drivers master their single seater race skills post karting. A simplified sporting format to focus on technique, technology and collaborating with engineers.

ACE POWERPARK

ACE POWERPARK
THE HEARTOF THE CHAMPIONSHIP

The ACE Championship will be housed in its own ‘Powerpark’ to be located in one of the key territories. This motorsport ‘campus’ will be the centre for all the technical and logistical aspects of the two championships and will house the entire paddock between events.

It will also provide state of the art training facilities for the drivers who will hone their mental and physical skills to reach the peak of their potential whilst completing educational programmes and media, marketing and promotional training to allow them to manage all aspects of their progress.

Similarly, the Powerpark will be home to training facilities for young engineers and mechanics who will learn their skills on and off the track. This will be a unique facility where careers will be nurtured and opportunities provided in all areas of the motorsport employment sector.

DEVELOPINGRACING TALENT IN UNDER REPRESENTEDCOUNTRIES

REGION-CENTRIC

ACE Championship will run in four regional formats on local circuits across continents to bring a showcase to locations where fandom and industry around motor racing can be developed and grown.

The series will be active in both the traditional motorsport territories as well as taking the Championship to less exposed areas of the world where a thirst for motorsport is evident but unexploited.

The Championship aims to run 12 races per region, covering 2 regions in one season. Each race will consist of 6 double headers. The Championship will take racing to both permanent circuits and street circuits, the latter being a support event to Formula E events.
